Creative Dance for Fitness and Fun
Best Foot Forward provides dance classes using creative, with elements of contemporary and modern styles as well as encompassing other art forms like video and drama to a range of people, specialising in working with people with learning disabilities.
The intention is to make dance accessible and inclusive for everyone regardless a person’s background, age and ability.
Based in Colchester, Essex and surrounding areas, Best Forward can provide regular classes, projects and workshops in various settings including schools, adult educational establishments and the community.
