After completing my degree in Dance with Visual Practice (2002) I went on to undertake a video making course and a Masters degree in Cross-Sectoral and Community Arts (2005) where I started to deliver various art based project to different groups of people. From there I obtained a position at a day centre as a tutor and carer for adults with learning disabilities where my passion and interest in teaching grew. I then began teaching dance to people with learning disabilities at a local college and in 2009 I decided to set up Best Foot Forward.

My background in dance focused mainly on contemporary and creative, over the years I have also undertaken other styles such as street, break-dancing and tap. I also come from a visual art and media background which are also encompassed within my dance teaching.

I am very passionate about Best Foot Forward and I am very exiting about what will occur in 2012.
